Book an appointment
Scheduling your screening is quick and easy. Simply book online through our website to find a time and location that suits you. Whether it’s your first screening or part of your regular health routine, we make the process seamless and stress-free.

Confirm your scan date
Once your appointment is booked, you'll receive a confirmation via email or SMS with all the details you need. This includes your scan date, time, and location, along with simple guidelines to help you prepare.
If you need to reschedule or have any questions, our team is always here to help—because your peace of mind matters.
Day of appointment
To ensure the most accurate results, you must follow the pre-screening requirements. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, as it affects circulation, and refrain from exercise for at least three hours to keep your body in a resting state. On the day, do not use deodorant, lotions, or powders, as they may interfere with the scan.
When you arrive, our friendly team will welcome you, guide you through the process, and answer any questions to ensure you feel completely at ease.

Within 72 hours, your detailed results will be securely delivered to your personal Ada & Me account, where you can easily download them to your desktop or phone. Designed for clarity, they provide valuable insights to help you take the next steps in your breast health journey with confidence.
